  1. Greg is certainly comfortable living with his Parkinson’s diagnosis. He has turned it into something positive by helping people through his support groups and his podcasts. It is certainly true when he said that when you are diagnosed you have to find your new normal.

The one place where I disagreed woith him was when he said when he talks to newly diagnosed people he tells them to tell everyone. I on the other hand chose to tell no one and when I thoought about it, this was the one thing in my life that I could control so I chose to control who knew and who did not know. It is true athat it is good too ahve a good suport group , but that suppoert group can grow as you get more comfortable telling people. I would have wonderesd what was wrong with me if when I was diagnosed 25 years ago I didn’t want to tell anyone and here was domeone telling me I should tell everyone.
