Whether or not to purchase long-term healthcare is a crapshoot unless one has a crystal ball! I was very fortunate to have purchased it with my husband and am now reaping the benefits of it. I had paid yearly and then forgot about it until a relative asked if I had it. It’s been a godsend! (Of course, I would have preferred to pay for it all those years and not needed to use it.)
