WHO WE ARE

We are a fundraising organization whose mission is to KNOCK OUT Parkinson’s disease

17 Branches is an Arizona 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded to raise money for Parkinson’s research and community outreach for Parkinson’s patients.  Every year, we organize exciting fundraising events where the Parkinson’s community along with family and friends of all ages and skills can come together and support each other while raising money for a good cause.

Please join us in the fight for a cure for this progressive neurological disease.  Each dollar donated brings us closer to delaying the progression of symptoms, finding a cure and providing comfort and support to those in need.

Why 17 Branches

Our founder, a Person With Parkinson’s, lives in the Arizona desert

Only a few feet from her house is a beautiful saguaro cactus with 17 branches.  Coincidently, her birth year and the year Parkinson’s disease was discovered both add up to 17.

17 Branches was founded as a not-for-profit organization with the mission to raise money to fund Parkinson’s research and outreach programs.  The goal is to help find a cure and to assist those in our communities in need throughout their journey with this progressive neurological disease.
